Rachel Callahan is a Birmingham resident and blogger. She writes about Birmingham and many other topics at Grasping For Objectivity (graspingforobjectivity.com). She is also an accountant and homeschool mom.
Several years ago she began obsessively taking photos of Birmingham and surrounding areas as therapy while working her way through the diagnostic process of an illness. She amassed quite a collection of Birmingham photographs and decided to sell them in various forms to support The WellHouse, a local ministry that rescues and provides transitional and long-term housing and care for victims of human trafficking. The WellHouse rescues both locally and nationally, and are one of the only facilities of their kind in the nation.
Rachel’s photographs are available on print, gallery-wrap canvas, and metal. She also features her photography on note cards, notebooks, coasters, postcards, phone cases, bookmarks, pillows and more. Digital copies are also available for use in media or on websites. All products can be seen at picturebirmingham.com, and more photographs are added each week.
100% of the profits of all sales are donated to The WellHouse.
