Jeanne Flint, was born in sunny southern California, and then moved to the south, and is a lover of all things southern! She is currently living in Atlanta and creates her artwork in a cozy little studio situated in the beautiful Brownwood Park area.
Jeanne is a working jewelry artist that has followed the self-taught path. She has earned several scholarships to the Penland School of Crafts in NC and the Arrowmont School in TN. Having completed a jewelry apprenticeship early in her career, she diligently continues to add to her education through workshops and is currently teaching private jewelry making classes in her studio. Her main focus is one-of-a-kind and limited edition handmade art jewelry that includes found objects and photography. She has also been developing a body of mixed media work and lighting, expanding her design vocabulary into new and exciting directions.
In 2007 Jeanne was invited to join the American Craft Council SE Region (ACC/SE) as one of two representatives for the state of Georgia.
She is represented by select galleries across the Southeastern United States. Jeanne welcomes the opportunity to produce custom pieces for individual clients, fusing their ideas with her design aesthetic to create original works of art.
