My name is Christina Johnson and I am the Crafting Rose. I work with acrylics and materials such as paper or fabric to create mixed media paintings with an expression of my souls journey through life. My family and I spent the past three years in Germany and returned to the States in January 2022. I have spent the last year adjusting to our new home, healing and growing from the tragic loss of my baby brother. My souls journey over the last few years is reflected in the body of work I plan to show if accepted into this year’s Art Walk. I have only participated in small show in the past, but taking a step of faith and venturing out to expand my work and experience.
