I am a native Nashvillian and avid miniaturist with a passion for creating whimsical pieces of art and jewelry. My signature pieces, the Minilands, are tiny sculpted dreamscapes encased in glass. They are filled with mythical flora, curious creatures, and glimmering crystals suspended in time for display or as wearable art. I also create fantastical jewelry inspired by nature and the cosmos, from graceful jellyfish earrings to celestial pieces that capture the mystery of the stars. I use mostly brass, bronze, stainless steel, gemstones, resin and lasered acrylic. I use wire wrapping and other metal manipulations like punching and texturizing as well as resin casting to create my unique designs. Additionally, I create ethereal art pieces for the home, incorporating cosmic symbols and mystical elements in wall hangings, mobiles, and house jewelry. As a whole, my work is an eclectic mix of miniature sculptures, enchanting jewelry, and celestial-inspired art.
