“Music meets art storytelling inspires Jon’s colorful paintings. Due to suffering a traumatic Brain injury in 2019, Jon acquired “Music to Color Synesthesia”. A condition where he sees colors and patterns when he hears sounds – in which he incorporates within his works.

Since then his works have featured in exhibitions throughout Alabama and Nationally, including the Kentuck Festival of the Arts (where he has been a Guest Artist since 2023) and Magic City Art Connection (where he received the Joe Piper Award of Distinction), 2023 Featured Artist for Birmingham AIDS Outreach’s Arty Party and Featured Artist for UAB Palate & Palette in 2025 and an artist at Grand Bohemian Gallery Mountain Brook.

Osborne works have been featured on Homeworthy, in Shelby Living and AD magazine. Jon has been a strong advocate for the healing power of art and music while he supports the community as Board Member and Teaching artist for Intoto Creative Arts Forum (Non – profit).”
