Katherine has been working with clay for about a decade. She was introduced to ceramics in college, gaining her foundational roots in sculpture, but transitioned to working in a more functionally focused way as a maker for a small pottery business. She very much loves the tactile experience of making with clay and is currently looking to explore surface decorating techniques during the greenware stage of the process.
