Lisa Bohnwagner is a wildlife painter who spent most of her life in the Boston area. She is currently based in Chattanooga, TN where she can spend more time “forest bathing” to gain spiritual inspiration for her work. Her paintings often include Sacred Geometry–the principle (going back to Plato) that everything in the universe is designed from basic shapes. These shapes are seen throughout the natural world, from the cellular to the cosmic level, and illustrate the interconnectedness of all things. “My passion is simply to express the wonder of it all–from atoms to stars–and to foster a greater appreciation and sense of stewardship for all the creations that make up and share our world.”
