I am originally from Louisiana but have called Birmingham, Alabama my home since June of 2000. I am an abstract mixed media artist. I have always loved creating art. A few years ago, I found myself with an empty nest and a lot more time to dedicate to my painting hobby. At the urging of my friends and family, I began showing my art last year. I love to use a mix of different inks, watercolors, acrylic paints and more to create organic movements and colors found in nature.
